This paper collects and synthesizes the main theories on reciprocal perceptions among ethnic minorities, with a particular focus on the context of American globalization. It presents studies that explore the dynamics of conflict and solidarity among minority ethnic groups, emphasizing the factors influencing their emergence. The study provides a theoretical foundation useful for future research within the Italian context, characterized by increasing ethnic diversity, and discusses the conditions that foster positive relations among ethnic minority groups.

L'elaborato raccoglie e sintetizza le principali teorie sulle percezioni reciproche tra minoranze etniche, con particolare attenzione al contesto della globalizzazione americana. Sono presentati studi che esplorano le dinamiche di conflitto e di solidarietà tra gruppi etnici minoritari, con particolare attenzione ai fattori che ne influenzano l'insorgere.
