The thesis examines the Flipped Classroom (FC) model in school, university, and healthcare contexts, with particular attention to teacher training. After outlining its theoretical and technological foundations, the work analyzes the required competencies, benefits, and challenges, drawing on examples from secondary education, higher education, and nursing training. The approach emerges as a tool capable of enhancing motivation, participation, and skill development, provided it is supported by thoughtful instructional design, ongoing professional development, and a critical use of technology.
La tesi analizza il modello della Flipped Classroom (FC) nei contesti scolastici, universitari e medico-sanitari, con particolare attenzione alla formazione dei docenti. Dopo averne illustrato i fondamenti teorici e tecnologici, il lavoro esamina le competenze richieste, i benefici e le criticità, con esempi tratti da scuola, università e formazione infermieristica. L’approccio emerge come strumento capace di aumentare la motivazione, la partecipazione e lo sviluppo di competenze, se sostenuto da una progettazione consapevole, aggiornamento continuo e uso critico delle tecnologie.
