Lavori ibridi nell'era digitale: riprogettazione del lavoro e luogo di lavoro del futuro La forza lavoro digitale ha sviluppato molte competenze nel corso delle sue interazioni con la tecnologia che possono essere sfruttate sul posto di lavoro. Tra le più ovvie di queste competenze c'è la loro abilità e facilità nel raggiungere i risultati desiderati utilizzando la tecnologia, spesso definita "fluidità digitale". Dato che la forza lavoro digitale condividerà il posto di lavoro con una coorte più anziana di colleghi meno a proprio agio con la tecnologia, le organizzazioni dovranno anche riconciliare i conflitti che potrebbero sorgere quando questi gruppi collaborano. Lo scopo del progetto di ricerca è quello di identificare le sfide organizzative che i lavori ibridi producono all'interno delle PMI italiane. Metodi: revisione della letteratura, analisi quantitativa e/o intervista faccia a faccia (o casi di studio). Il progetto di ricerca è sviluppato in collaborazione con l'Osservatorio Professioni Digitali dell'Università di Padova.

Among the most obvious of these competencies is their proficiency and comfort in achieving desired outcomes using technology, often referred to as “digital fluency”. Given that the digital workforce will share the workplace with an older cohort of co-workers less comfortable with technology, organizations will also need to reconcile the conflicts that may arise as these groups collaborate. The aim of the research project is to identify the organizational challenges the hybrid jobs produce within Italian SMEs. Methods: literature review, quantitative analysis and/or face to face interview (or case studies).
